TWO ACCOUNTs somehow merged, providing access only to the empty account with no network or profile

ACCESS MY NETWORK AND PROFILE. unmerge accounts. separate them completely ... Neither of my accounts is showing connections when you click on My Network even though, the public view shows that I have over *** in one account and * in the other. I DON’T want to go through the normal steps for removing an account b*c of this. **both accounts have the same password. starts with a V***. Bad (empty) account: url has a number after my name**. good (complete profile, **** network): url has a "vanity url," no numbers*The user name is the same as my email address: "*****@***.com" The password will be provided upon request to my email. This account is the one I work with but, now, when you click on network, it shows * or * instead of the **** I have. This tells me its connecting to the empty account not the one I’ve spent years using and updating. I'm afraid to click on anything else for fear of losing my entire profile with recommendations, etc. This is the account for which I MUST use THE *****@***.com email address.**The email address “clearheart” NO LONGER EXISTS and cannot be used to login, verify, or anything else. But I cannot seem to remove it bc in order to do that, I have to go to that email account which is closed. HOWEVER, I would still like to receive any connect requests associated with it.
I'LL MAXIMIZE LINKED IN IF I CAN GET BACK IN.
Can you please help me:* *. save the account with all the great work that went into it? * *. THEN merge the * or * connections that sometimes show up there into my good account? * *. Get rid of “CLEARHEART” email address except for connection requests?* *. I would very much appreciate it if you would assign temporary user and pw for my empty account, and * *. confirm the url, and provide me the new url if it changes?**PLEASE CORRESPOND WITH ME AT the "*****@***.com" email acct and CC me at any backup email addresses in my good account.
I'M READY TO MAXIMIZE MY USE OF LINKED IN FOR BUSINESS. HELP ME DO THIS
