Never got a warning email that my card was going to be charged as promised in the terms of the deal. I thought it would charge only a month which would have been OK. Instead it charged for the whole year ($***.**). I never used the service as I found a job and haven't been actively searching since I was hired weeks ago. I'd like to request a refund and it appears the Linked In website doesn't want to give out a phone number for customer service. I cancelled the service and the site said I'm paid through Sept ****. Then I see on my page that I cannot view all who have viewed my account unless I reactive my premium subscription. So I've paid Linked In almost $*** and have no benefits as promised and never got the heads up email before being billed as promised. Very disappointed! I will now contest this charge with my bank since Linked In doesn't want to speak with me.
GetHuman-emsiii did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.

I cancelled my premium service on the site within ** hours of the bill showing up on my credit card. I wasn't happy with the lack of phone numbers to call and the "no refunds policy" gave me the impression this was going to become a problem. However, the request to cancel was honored and my money refunded within ** hours. My faith in Linked In has been restored.
