I have two LinkedIn accounts under my name, but I haven't used them for a while. One was created in [redacted] with my old professional email address from Halliburton, and the other one was created with my old personal email address that has been hacked. I want to keep the one linked to my Halliburton email and delete the other one, but I no longer have access to my professional mailbox since leaving the company in [redacted]. Can you assist me with this issue? I am currently job hunting, and having a functioning LinkedIn account is crucial. Thank you for your anticipated help and support. Let me know if you need any additional information to verify my identity. Regards, Sarrah L.

Hello, I found it very challenging to locate your contact information, but I hope this email reaches you. Recently, I noticed that on Google, I am listed as a 'phortographer,' a misspelling of my job title. This error is problematic for my job search. I reviewed my LinkedIn profile, and there were no misspellings. Despite deleting my account, the incorrect information persists in Google search results. This situation is concerning as I am actively job hunting, and potential employers may see this misinformation. I have attached screenshots for reference. Please address this issue promptly and provide confirmation that it is being resolved. I am eagerly awaiting your response before considering reopening my account. Thank you, Miss L. M.

Thank you for offering this service. I am having difficulty accessing LinkedIn and need assistance from a representative to review my feedback. The system seems to be experiencing issues as I am unable to reset my password due to an error indicating that my name cannot be a part of my password when I know that is not the case. I have attempted to reset it three times today without success. It seems like this matter may not be a priority, as the instructions in the reset email are dated back 10 months. I am trying to resolve this issue, but my patience is wearing thin, as I can imagine others are facing similar frustrations. How can one receive login assistance when the initial step requires logging in? Thank you.

I recently received an email from LinkedIn informing me that I now have access to the new version of LinkedIn Groups. I have been actively participating in several LinkedIn groups, so it's puzzling that the message makes it seem like I am new to this. However, when I tried to view my previous postings, I struggled to find them. Older posts that contained valuable reference information seem to have disappeared. The process of navigating to my group posts used to be straightforward, but it's now much more challenging. Participating in LinkedIn groups was the main reason I joined the platform, so I'm disappointed by these changes that make it harder for users. Can you please explain what has changed and why?

My resume has been reviewed, and individuals at HSBC, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Merck, and KPMG were contacted. They reached out to individuals who are not connected to me and former colleagues. They even contacted recruiters I have collaborated with, providing negative feedback and false information. Their motives seem to be driven by mischief. The concern lies in the potential repercussions for future job opportunities via third-party connections. They are attempting to sway opinions based on unfounded claims and are trying to portray me inaccurately. Interestingly, they have had minimal direct communication with me. It appears they are attempting to deceive others and might be monitoring their interactions.

I am Jeffrey V., the CEO of Plus Travel Group. I have noticed that on Diane (S.) Motley-Bailey's LinkedIn profile, there is a connection between her company, Airstream Travel, and my company, Plus Travel Group. Our logo is displayed on her profile, but she has no affiliation with our company. I believe this association is unintentional, but it needs to be removed. Diane is not, and has never been, connected to Plus Travel Group in any way. Please contact me directly at [redacted] for further information.

I need to update my information on LinkedIn as it is outdated. However, LinkedIn keeps sending verification requests to my wife's email or phone. My email is [redacted], and I now have a new phone number, [redacted]. Despite my efforts to verify my identity, I keep getting messages that someone else is using my email. I prefer not to create a new email address. If LinkedIn doesn't provide a way for me to update my contact information via my current email or phone number, I may have to stop using the platform. The lack of a human touch or quick support options results in inaccurate information on LinkedIn for users trying to keep their profiles up to date.

I did not receive an advance email notifying me that my card would be charged according to the deal's terms. I assumed it would be a monthly charge, which I was fine with, but instead, I was billed for the entire year ($[redacted].88). Since I have found employment and stopped actively looking for a job, I have not used the service. I am requesting a refund, but I cannot find a customer service phone number on the Linked In website. Despite canceling the service and being paid through September [redacted], I am unable to view everyone who has checked my account without reactivating my premium subscription. I paid nearly $[redacted] to Linked In without receiving the promised benefits and without receiving the pre-charge notification email. I am very disappointed with this situation and will dispute the charge with my bank since Linked In is not responding to my attempts to contact them.

Dear LinkedIn Customer Support, I am the Marketing Manager for Kroger Prescription Plans and I am seeking help regarding our LinkedIn page. Case number [redacted]77 is open for Admin Support for the KROGER PRESCRIPTION PLANS, INC. LinkedIn page. Currently, we are unable to update the page since we are unsure of who the designated admin is, as the original admin no longer works with us. To resolve this, we need to either appoint a new admin or deactivate the current page to create a new one. However, I understand that I cannot deactivate the page without admin access. This creates a dilemma as there is no admin for me to contact for permission. I am looking for assistance from LinkedIn in either updating the current page for Kroger Prescription Plans, Inc or deactivating it to start anew. If necessary, I can arrange for a senior staff member from Kroger Prescription Plans to communicate with you. Your guidance on how to proceed with these options would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Marcia Caton Manager, Marketing Kroger Specialty Pharmacy/Kroger Prescription Plans [redacted] Lake Emma Road, Suite [redacted] Lake Mary, FL [redacted] PH [redacted]

Hello, I recently received an email from [redacted] via my corporate email server. The email mentioned a password I have used for LinkedIn. The sender claimed to have recorded compromising footage of me visiting an adult website and demanded $[redacted] in Bitcoin to keep it private. I have taken precautions by changing my passwords and informing our IT department. Please be aware of this potential scam. For further communication, you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Deceptive Marketing or Dashboard Errors? Today, I received an email informing me about [redacted] profile viewers in the last 90 days. To view the details, I was prompted to upgrade to a premium account, but I already have one. Strangely, the dashboard still shows only 97 viewers, despite the email's claim. Moreover, I have received invites from individuals not listed in the viewer count. I am puzzled by the missing [redacted] viewers. Isn't this discrepancy what I am paying for with the premium account? Could this be deceptive marketing or simply a flaw in the dashboard? Or perhaps a mixture of both?

Subject: Request for Refund on LinkedIn Premium Subscription Dear Support Team, I am writing to process a refund for my recent subscription to LinkedIn Premium, which extended past the allotted free trial period by mistake. I have no intention of benefitting from the service without paying for it, as it does not bring me significant value during my job search. As an individual subscriber contacting you within the initial 14-day period of the subscription, I believe I am eligible for a refund based on the regulations in your jurisdiction. For instance, users in the European Union are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of subscription initiation. This timeframe starts from the first day of the free trial period, ensuring no charges apply upon refund. For more details on the LinkedIn consumer refund policy, you can refer to the following link: [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance in processing the refund accordingly. Kind regards, Camilla

I am having trouble with my accounts not displaying the correct connections in the My Network section. One account shows over [redacted] connections while the other shows 0, although both should have connections. I don't want to follow the typical steps to remove an account due to this issue. The accounts have identical passwords starting with a "V". The account with the issue has a number in the URL after my name, while the functioning account has a "vanity URL" without numbers. Both accounts use "[redacted]" as the username, and the password can be shared via email. The account with the problem is not showing the correct number of connections, which makes me believe it's linking to the empty account instead of the active one where I have spent years updating. I no longer have access to the "clearheart" email address but would like to continue receiving connection requests related to it.

On 8/2/18, my LinkedIn account got hacked. Once I submitted a copy of my driver's license, a rejection email was automatically sent, indicating the hacker might have obtained remote access to my computer. If you track IP addresses, please help trace the source of the hack for potential Law Enforcement involvement. The affected account belongs to Zena Ward from Bloomington, IL. Kindly provide a link to update the email associated with my LinkedIn Account. Request to unlock the hack and send instructions to change the email address to my work email: [redacted] For inquiries, contact my work number at [redacted] for assistance. The current email on the compromised account is [redacted]; opt not to contact that gmail account.

I am seeking help understanding why I need to contact support to assist someone in finding me on LinkedIn. When did searching for a person on this site become such a complicated and frustrating process? Putting aside my frustration, I am eager to learn how to locate someone. I have read the FAQs, but the search results are either incomplete or outdated. It appears we are unable to search by email address, and the instructions provided point to a "More Options" link that now seems to be missing: LinkedIn Help Center - Inviting People to Connect Using Their Individual Email Address I believe the essence of LinkedIn lies in allowing people, even those unfamiliar with me, to look me up and understand my professional background. The fact that I cannot even find myself through someone else's profile that I assisted in creating (and vice versa) is quite alarming.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing a message from Ryan Bucalo on LinkedIn. Even though it shows that he messaged me twice, I can't click on it to read it. I'm concerned that LinkedIn Recruiter Lite might be deleting messages after they're read. I was only able to save the first message because I needed to discuss it with my manager. Here's a snippet of it: "Hi, Jess. Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy at Insulet and not looking to switch jobs. I'll be working with a new Oh rep after parting ways with Solara. I'll try to find someone with diabetes experience and local relationships. Could you provide details on compensation and territory size? This information is crucial for potential candidates. Thanks, Ryan"

Hello LinkedIn. I've created three accounts, but you keep restricting me. I provided a valid government ID accepted in the Philippines for the second account, yet it was not accepted for verification. I have not violated any terms, only connecting with people I know and using my own photo. I haven't even posted anything. Please assist me with this issue promptly. I look forward to your quick response. Thank you and God bless.

I am a LinkedIn user who recently tried the 1-month free subscription offer that appeared on my screen. I planned to cancel before the trial ended because I found a new job and no longer needed premium services. However, I couldn't cancel on time as I was abroad and using my iPhone. I expected a monthly charge after the trial, but I was surprised to see a $[redacted].88 charge on September 19, [redacted], without any notice. Can you guide me on the steps to address this and request a refund? I'd like to downgrade my subscription immediately. Thank you.
