My name is Christian Connors. I'm extremely unhappy about my "premium" service charge I just received. **I had a free trial last month and enjoyed it, but I decided your prices were much too high and ended the trial. Then, when I started receiving messages from people who I had contacted during the free trial, I was informed I had to re-subscribe to premium to see who has contacted me, and to respond. So, with no other option, I payed $** for a month of premium career, only to be told I needed premium Sales Nav, which I would never consider buying as the price is absurd. This money hungry business model is now impacting my job performance and my bank account. I would appreciate and expect a refund of that $**.
