After changing jobs a little over a month ago, I updated my new company and email address. However, when trying to login today, I realized my new email wasn't recognized and received a reset link on my old email. I need to upload my DL, but my current situation makes it difficult. The lack of human support has me reconsidering maintaining my presence on LinkedIn due to the portal's failure to save my updated information during my job relocation.

Hello LinkedIn Team, I am seeking assistance to address the restriction on my LinkedIn account. Last week when I tried to log in, a message indicated that my account had been restricted. To resolve this, I submitted my company PAN card, as requested. However, I received an email stating that the ID I provided was not approved due to reasons such as unsupported ID type or an unreadable ID. In an attempt to rectify this, I submitted my personal driving license, but was notified that my account had been permanently restricted for violating LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter promptly to reactivate my LinkedIn account. Thank you.

I signed up for the free trial premium LinkedIn account on September 12, [redacted], with the intention of only trying the free trial and not continuing to a paid subscription. During the sign-up process, LinkedIn clearly stated that a week before the end of the one-month trial, an alert would be sent regarding the trial's completion. Relying on this information, I did not keep track of the cancellation deadline. Unfortunately, LinkedIn did not send any notification, and I was automatically charged INR [redacted] for the paid subscription without my consent or any warning. I am now requesting a refund for this month's subscription (September 12, [redacted], to October 12, [redacted]) and to cancel the subscription immediately.

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my client who is interested in finding an alternative to LinkedIn’s standard messaging system. We frequently organize conferences and need to send private messages to our extensive list of about 12,[redacted] contacts. The current process of copy-pasting messages individually is incredibly time-consuming due to the lack of a feature for sending out bulk messages. Furthermore, the sluggish nature of LinkedIn’s messaging interface makes navigating through the inbox and contact list a cumbersome task. I am curious to know if you have a solution for a more efficient and streamlined messaging platform for LinkedIn, possibly through your API integration. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Cecilia

Hello LinkedIn Team, I have reached out multiple times regarding an incident with my account but have not received responses that address my situation accurately. Briefly, my issue is that an unknown third party gained access to my LinkedIn account. They altered the primary email to their own, removing my email address and deleting my phone number associated with the account, preventing my access to LinkedIn to seek help. Despite the emails instructing me to use my primary email, it is not accessible due to the unauthorized change. I am requesting assistance from your team to remove the email address [redacted] (which is not mine) and restore my email as the primary. Additionally, I would like to update the password to secure my account against future breaches. I am willing to provide evidence to confirm my identity, including the 45 saved LinkedIn emails that demonstrate my ownership of the account and the validity of the email I am contacting you from. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

Subject: LinkedIn Account Restriction Appeal Hello, I am reaching out regarding the restriction of my LinkedIn account, username: [redacted] It seems that there has been unusual activity on my account, which has led to its restriction. I want to emphasize that I have never engaged in any spamming activities and have always used my account for professional networking purposes. After reviewing the usage history of my account, you will see that the recent irregularities were not from my usual devices. Unfortunately, my account was compromised by a hacker, a situation I only became aware of once my account was blocked. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my account as it holds great importance to me. I assure you that I will take all necessary security measures to prevent any future unauthorized access to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, D.B.

I recently updated my profile and have a few questions: 1) How can I display my company logo next to the company name, similar to how MIT's logo appears next to 'Education' on my profile? 2) I own two businesses and would like to showcase my current positions in each company along with their respective logos on the right side of my profile. 3) After uploading the logos for each company, they appear more like a presentation and not as the official logo next to the company name. How can I rectify this? 4) Is it possible to rearrange the order of my current positions? I would like 'President of Acumen BioPharma' to be listed first, followed by 'Chief Operating Officer of Integra Continuous Manufacturing' second, and then the remaining positions in the current order. Thank you.

I am having an issue with updating my LinkedIn login email. My current work email is invalid, and I am no longer associated with that company. I am trying to change it to my personal email, but I am receiving an error message stating that my personal email is already in use. Additionally, I am experiencing an 'Account restricted' status on both my current and personal emails, preventing me from accessing my account. I need assistance with removing the account restriction and changing my user ID to my personal email address.

I am attempting to reach LinkedIn for the second time. Upon calling [redacted], I am only given an option to hear the campus address when I press 1. Unfortunately, there is no other available option. I am aiming to display my company logo on the right side of my profile. I manage two companies and wish to add my second current position with its logo there. Furthermore, I am looking to modify the order of how my current positions are displayed. Additionally, I am encountering issues with the LinkedIn page of both of my companies.

I have a couple of questions regarding posting on LinkedIn that I've been unable to find answers to online. Is it acceptable to repost the same content later on? Are there any restrictions on the frequency or number of times this can be done? Also, I've noticed that when I view a company's page, I can only see posts from the last year or so. Is this accurate? If so, is it permissible to repost content once it's no longer visible on the company page? I just want to ensure I am following the guidelines correctly. Thank you! C. Holt

Someone has linked my Google account to a LinkedIn account through Taos, allowing them to manipulate my data, steal and delete photos, and access websites I visit with my passwords. My Google account of many years has been erased, and I can't recover it. I need assistance in resolving this issue and identifying the perpetrator who has caused significant problems in my life, including job loss and strained relationships. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to express my frustration with a recent charge for a "premium" service that I received. Last month, I tried a free trial and enjoyed it. However, after realizing the high prices, I decided to cancel my subscription. When I started receiving messages from contacts I made during the trial, I discovered I needed to resubscribe to premium to view and respond to them. Reluctantly, I paid $30 for a month of premium service, only to find out later that I needed premium Sales Nav, which is priced unreasonably high. This business model focused solely on generating revenue is now affecting both my work performance and finances. I am requesting a refund of the $30 I paid. Thank you.

I signed up for the free month offer, which I never used. Despite being supposed to receive a notification to cancel, I didn't receive any email and missed canceling the subscription. Consequently, $[redacted].00 was deducted from my account, leaving it $[redacted] overdrawn. This left me with no money and unable to even buy gas to drive to work. I haven't been able to reach anyone for assistance, and I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service. I request an immediate refund as this situation has left me in financial distress. I have been utilizing other job search resources and no longer use or intend to use your platform. Understanding the difficulty of my situation, I kindly ask for a prompt resolution. - A. P.

I am reaching out as I continue to experience ongoing issues with my LinkedIn account. Despite having been a Premium member for over a decade and dutifully paying my monthly dues, I have been unable to access my account as it seems locked or inaccessible. I attempted to create a new account due to the unhelpful response, but that one has also vanished. Now, the system prompts me to verify my identity, further impeding my ability to use the platform that is vital for my work. My livelihood depends on LinkedIn, and I urgently require access to my original profile with my extensive network. I kindly ask for immediate resolution of this matter rather than waiting for an extended period. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you. COLIN B. Hello, I recently discovered that I can no longer access my LinkedIn account. It seems that my account has been restricted by LinkedIn management. I understand that this action was taken due to friend requests I made to unknown individuals and possibly other reasons known to LinkedIn. I now realize where I went wrong, and I sincerely apologize for my behavior. I am reaching out to request one last opportunity to rectify my actions and adhere to LinkedIn's rules and regulations. I hope that LinkedIn management can show mercy in this situation. Thank you, Bright. Email: [redacted], Telephone: +[redacted][redacted].
