The issue in GetHuman-bretthol's own words
To explore if LinkedIn premium would help my job search. ... I signed up for the LinkedIn premium account for a free month trial. This was on August *th. It said I had up until today to cancel before billing started, which I did. I still saw that a payment of **.** was withdrawn from my bank account. When I cancelled it said I will be billed another $**.** on October *th? But for what? This is not what I signed up for and would like a refund for the amount drawn from my account, and the $**.** billed for October *th to be removed since I cancelled today, September *th.
I was told this month was free, which it wasn't because it was billed to me. Plus they billed me for the month after I cancelled
Removing the charges when I was told it was going to be free when I signed up.
I'm a frequent LinkedIn user and love exploring for opportunities on their website.
I'm going to call customer service if not resolved.
