No one can get through to an actual person at Linkedin it seems. This is unacceptable for an organization of this size. There are some serious, life altering monetary events happening as a result of not being able to resolve an issue timely.

Post a new job. ... I opened a new job posting and as soon as I posted it, a charge for $*,***.** hit my account. I immediately tried to call LinkedIn but could not reach a live person. I then proceeded to close the job because this should not have happened! I need help ASAP.
This amount being charged erroneously is more than some people earn in a month! This issue needs to be escalated and there doesn't appear to be a way to do that. At least not effectively.
I would like someone to call me or at least email me today so I can resolve this matter.
I have been on Linkedin for years...like I don't know ** years! I do not want to close my Linkedin account but feel I may not have a choice.
I tried using the chat bot that is supposed to help but they couldn't reach customer service either. They posted a response to offer encouragement that my issue would be taken care of but that doesn't take care of the issue. It only wastes more of my time frankly.
