Dear Sir*Madam,*I have accidentally activated Sales Navigator on my colleague's profile (he asked me to check it out on his behalf). I then discovered that this subscription is not useful for our company and wanted to cancel the free trial. Nonetheless, I could not log in his profile, and not I have been charged for * year of Sales Navigator subscription which we do not need.
