Hello, I tried to cancel my premium subscription before the end of the billing period and it apparently didn't go through so my card was charged on ****. I did not receive any notice that I was going to be charged or that my cancellation attempt was unsuccessful. I was hoping to get a refund--a $** charge is hard for a student like myself to manage. Thanks for your help in resolving this issue and hopefully issuing a refund.
