The issue in GetHuman-tsisaleu's own words
Cancelled premium trial on last day. I did it two times just to make sure and showed basic account twice but no receipt or confirmation of cancellation. ... I cancelled the premium trial on August **th * times which is the last day and did not receive a confirmation of cancellation for either transaction yet my account redirected to a basic account status both times and I see that I was charged $**.XX the following day. Your website also stated that it would send out a reminder which it did not. Luckily I checked on my own. I have attempted to reach someone but have not been able to contact anyone to help me. I want a full refund immediately. I have attempted to contact your company with absolutely no success. Very shady. I see multiple complaints.
Especially fustrating given I am in between jobs and needed that money. I wasn't even late like everyone else.
Give me a full refund. You took that money even though I cancelled on time. Do the right thing and give it back. I have the email stating the dates of time the trial is active. Proof.
I am a new customer and expected more professional customer service when dealing with problems. There isn't any.
