I have changed the subscription plan from annual to Monthly for Linkedin premium. There is refund expected back to the credit card account mentioned in my payment plan. Linkedin id - Smitha Basavaraj. Could you kindly ensure? I Would like to review how useful LinkedIn premium is working out for me before I subscribe for a year again. I was not able to fully utilize its features during my * month free trial and i did not cancel the payment option by **th which was due date for free trial to end.
GetHuman-smithabr did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
