Hello Team, I have two old accounts registered under the name 'Julian Bentley' that I would like to address. The first account is linked to a former UBS email ([redacted]), created around 2[redacted]. The second account is associated with a Tiscali email ([redacted]), established approximately between 2[redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to these emails, and I am unable to recall the passwords for either account. These inactive accounts are causing discrepancies in my job applications. Instead of closing both accounts and creating new ones, I prefer to regain access to either of them. I am willing to provide photo ID for authentication purposes. Thank you, Julian Bentley

My daughter, A.R.S., is a 19-year-old student with Autism. She tried your premium subscription's free trial but was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].74. Despite her attempts to reach out for help, she has not succeeded. She has now canceled the subscription but needs a refund. While she understands there are consequences, the lack of a reminder email has caused confusion, anxiety, and financial strain. This situation could impact her progress adversely. Please consider making an exception to your no-refund policy in this case. She is willing to learn from this experience and take precautions in the future. However, a refund is crucial for her well-being. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Security Alert for Your LinkedIn Profile Hi there, I recently received an email that seems to be from LinkedIn, but I'm not sure if it's legitimate. The email warns me about a security alert for my profile, claiming that someone tried to sign in using my password. The email asks me to click a link to check the activity. While the email seems official, I'm hesitant to click on any links or provide any information. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to potential security threats! Thanks, KK

Subject: Issue with Augusta Arsenal Soccer Club Account Page Hello, I am a board member of the Augusta Arsenal Soccer Club, and we are facing challenges with our account page as we are unsure who created it or has the administrative rights. Our club is aiming to enhance our social media presence, but only two full-time employees, Tom Norton and Nick Edmonds, are affiliated, and they are not sure how to manage the page effectively. I attempted to link my personal account as an affiliate to gain administrative permissions, but unfortunately, it did not work out as expected. Considering professional reasons with American Family Insurance Plus, I hesitated to add myself as a board member to avoid unnecessary attention to my new role. Despite reaching out to your company, the assistance provided by the representative I spoke with did not offer a viable solution. Their suggestions could not be implemented from Augusta Arsenal's end. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S. Bobby Gagnon

Hello Team, I recently signed up for a free one-month premium membership on LinkedIn. Despite not noticing any considerable changes in my job search, the subscription fee was deducted from my account before I could cancel it. Due to being preoccupied with work, I forgot to keep track of the end date of my free premium account. As I have not received any job search benefits and no longer wish to use the service, I kindly request a refund for the deduction and immediate cancellation of my premium membership. This is my second attempt to address this matter as I have been unsuccessful in reaching any executives for assistance.

My LinkedIn account has been hacked, and despite multiple attempts to remove the hacker, they keep coming back. It's frustrating because when I try to connect with someone, the request is rerouted to the hacker. I've contacted LinkedIn support, and although they initially seemed to have fixed the issue, the hacker reappeared after a few days. I even blocked them, but they persist. This is concerning as I have a professional background working for a prominent company and know influential people in the industry. The hacker is falsely claiming to be affiliated with me, which is damaging my professional reputation. I am worried about the ongoing situation and seeking assistance to address this security breach urgently. Thank you. -Darice R. [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I signed up for LinkedIn Learning for the monthly plan, but was mistakenly charged ₹16,[redacted] for a yearly subscription. The billing process is unclear to me. I am requesting a refund of -₹14,[redacted] and would appreciate a call to explain the charges. I am also unable to remove my card details until September 21st and would like assistance with this matter. Thank you, Satish J.

I wish to have my name removed from a list created by LinkedIn that includes my name and resume. Here is the link to the list: [redacted] My name is Jason T. and I did not graduate from that school, yet my name appears on the list. The school informed me that LinkedIn is using resumes from their platform to compile the list. They advised me to contact LinkedIn regarding the matter. Kindly remove my name from the list as I am constantly receiving calls and emails from recruiters and companies. Thank you.

I cancelled my premium trial but was still charged for the annual service. I emailed them and disputed the charge with my credit card company. They confirmed my cancellation via email but have not refunded me yet. The contact number provided only gives the campus location information. It's frustrating that resolving this issue has become so complicated. I expected a seamless process, not this convoluted chain of events. Who has time for all this hassle? I'm reconsidering continuing with their service as I'm not seeing the value in the premium features.

Hi, I previously paid about £25 per month to upgrade my account while job hunting. Recently, I noticed £[redacted].88 was deducted for a premium account on August 18, [redacted]. This is a significant amount for an individual seeking employment. PayPal advised me to reach out to request a refund. Additionally, they mentioned funds have been sent to LinkedIn from my account since June [redacted], totaling $[redacted].92. I was unaware of these charges. Would you mind investigating this matter, especially the most recent payment? Thank you, Helena H.

I am looking to merge my first LinkedIn account into the second one and then delete the first account. Both accounts share the same email and phone login. When I update the information in the first account, it automatically changes the second account. However, when I try to merge them by going to Manage Account and Settings on the second account, LinkedIn gives an error saying I can't merge the account with itself. I'm concerned that deleting the first account will also delete the second one. Could you please assist me in merging the accounts and then deleting the first one? Thank you for your help. Nhan

Hi, my name is Ayda Chakarji Etuk. Initially, I created my profile with Ayda Etuk. When I added the middle name Chakarji, I thought it would update my current account, but it created a new one. Now people are accessing both accounts, which is not desirable. I would like to merge both into one profile named Ayda Chakarji Etuk without losing recommendations and contacts. Can this be done? It's crucial to resolve this as I'm applying for jobs and need to provide my LinkedIn link. Please assist in consolidating both accounts' content, including profile information and connections, into one account under the name Ayda Chakarji Etuk. Please let me know if this is possible to do through the back end. Regards, Ayda

I signed up for LinkedIn Sales Navigator with a monthly payment plan. However, they charged me $[redacted] on July 14, just three days after my son passed away. I had to have Capital One reverse the charge, which they did, returning the money to me. I corresponded with a LinkedIn customer service representative during this difficult time, and we agreed to switch me to monthly payments at a higher rate. But now, their dispute team has caused Capital One to take the $[redacted] from my account again on August 20. I need to appeal this decision. Due to the circumstances, I cannot provide a death certificate yet, but I do have documents related to the expenses incurred. I have been trying to resolve this with LinkedIn, but their lack of phone support and unresponsive billing system have made it challenging. I am preparing to appeal this decision to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am Giang, a Marketing Executive from Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam. We previously subscribed to your "Premium Business" package from July 21, [redacted], to July 21, [redacted]. We no longer require this service. However, we were automatically renewed for the period from July 21, [redacted], to July 21, [redacted], and charged the fees without any prior notification. I am dissatisfied with this and believe that notifications should be sent prior to renewals or changes in charges for customer approval. I am writing to request the cancellation of our subscription for this year. The amount charged is $[redacted].88. Could you please confirm if a refund is possible? Kindly provide a prompt response. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you and Best Regards,

LinkedIn suggested adding my current place of employment, Aerus Electrolux, which I only work part-time for and I am actively seeking more hours. Unfortunately, I am not able to remove or edit this information. Due to past experiences with inappropriate individuals and stalkers, I am uncomfortable having this information visible on my profile. How can I ensure that only selected individuals can view my current employment status to prevent any unwanted attention or stalking behaviour?

I was recently charged for LinkedIn Premium without receiving a reminder email about the trial ending. Although I had planned to cancel before it expired, I didn't receive any notifications. I reviewed all my accounts, including spam folders, and couldn't find any reminders. The amount charged is significant, and I'm unable to keep the subscription. Could you please assist me with a refund? I'm having trouble locating the Order ID as I used an International Debit card, and there is no relevant information on my statement or net banking. The ID I provided in the "Order ID(s)" field is the related Cheque/Ref. No from my net banking statement. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Google Cloud linked to my Gmail account ([redacted]). It has been connected without my consent to my girlfriend's LinkedIn account. She has been monitoring my activities and possesses all of my personal information. She uses the cloud account to track me and has caused disruptions in my life. I have lost access to my Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, and even my banking details. Despite reaching out to Google security, I learned that one of my accounts was involved in fraudulent activities and identity theft. I did not authorize her to link her account with mine and would like to regain control over my information, which was taken due to her unauthorized access using my Google password. The email address used by her might be [redacted] I need assistance with this issue urgently.

I signed up for a one-month free trial membership three to four weeks ago. I was informed there would be no charge initially and that I would receive notice before any charges were applied at the end of the trial period. However, I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].64 on my Discover Card from Linked In, dated July 25, which I did not authorize. I request the immediate removal of this charge and would appreciate an email confirmation once it is done. I expect a response within 24 hours. If no action is taken, I will contact Discover to report an unauthorized transaction by Linked In. You can reach me at any time on my cell at [redacted]. Thank you.
