did the free trial and canceled it days before the trial was over so i would not be charged. Then I was charged over $***!!!! When I saw that come through my credit card, I immediately tried to cancel again, but payment went through. It looks like it made it an ANNUAL charge, so it canceled it for the recurring payment NEXT year. Cant find ANY way to cancel this year's and get a REFUND like I want. NO way would I have paid over $*** for this had I known. I also NEVER received any kind of notification that this would be happening.**Trying to dispute with my bank, but very worried because I cant seem to to talk to a real person at LinkedIn. Im VERY disappointed in LinkedIn. Have been a fan for years, but about to sign off entirely. This is NOT how you treat customers. ESPECIALLY if you want their longterm business. Feels like a SCAM. I thought they were better than this.
