I am writing regarding the PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION " FREE TRAIL " for which I used my Scotabank 'VISA" credit card... Since I am in Canada the confirmation receipt I received showed that my free trail begins today ( no date shown - assume it was August **,**** ) and ends on September **,****.... It also indicated that " UNLESS CANCELLED" beginning on September **th ****, your payment method ( visa ) WOULD BE CHARGED " CA $ **.** EACH MONTH plus tax...… **** THE UNDATED STATEMENT HAS NO ACCOUNT * OR REFERENCE * ….. But did said the plan would automatically renew each month until cancelled.....and that to avoid charges for the next month ,must cancel before the renewal date.... **** I WANT TO CANCEL AND ATTEMPTED TO DO SO USING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS " HOW TO CANCEL A PREMIUM ACCONT ON LINKEDIN' and could not do because the instructions " Canceling Your Premium Membership" items *'s * to ** referred to some " tabs" that I could no locate on the LinkedIn sites.... I also attempted to cancel my account by phoning the * provided by Linkedin *-***-***-**** to speak to your Customer Care Unit .. and only go a recording asking to press a * to get the address for your California office.... did that and was given no other options after receiving the address.....TRIED THE CORPORATE OFFICES DEPARTMENT ***-***-****....and got no answer at all ????????????????……. PREFER TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE LIVE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE....BEFORE LINKEDIN STARTS TAKING AUTO PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT STARTING SEPT **TH.... **** IF YOUR UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A PHONE * WHERE I WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A REAL LIVE PERSON IN REAL TIME...… CAN YOU REPLY BY EMAIL, WITH A CONFIRMATION * TO SHOW CACELLED AND ASSURANCE ME NO MONTHLY CHARGE OF $ CA**.** WILL EVER BE CHARGED TO MY VISA ACCT * ****-****-****-**** …… Because Sept **th is when first charges are due to be made TIME IS OF THE ESSANCE and your early attention this matter is required... … want to hear from you shortly with assurance this " PREMIUM CAREER SUBSCRIPTION has been cancelled...IN THEN MEANTIME I WILL BE CONTACTING VISA AND INSTRUCTING THEM TO BLOCK OR REVERSE ANY CHARGES THAT MIGHT APPEARN ON MY ACCONT FROM LINKEDIN....….Thanks....Doug..

DID NOT FIX...HIT FIXED IT TAB IN ERROR....NOW HAVE TO RE SUBMIT AGAIN...
