My name is Lee Morley I no longer use LI Premium, I am unemployed and have cancelled my LI premium (Recruiter Lite) subscription and have very little money. Today you took ****Euros from my account, this is money lent to me by family which I only received today **th August **** into my bank account and **** Euros were taken by you (LI) within minutes after **** euros clearing into my account. I telephoned customer services on *** *** *** **** at approx **** Spanish CET time today **th August and was unable to speak to anyone.
refund please, I need the money back, this was money lent to me by family to help my family get by until I find a new job, which in my profession., Oil Industry Recruitment is very difficult.
I have used LI for ** years** and tried premium package Recruiter Lite but soon after I lost my job and I am now unemployed.
I googled a phone number to speak to someone, today **th August **** CET from Spain I called ************ and all I got was a recorded voice telling me to press option * for the campus address, when I just held to speak to someone it just cut off, I tried calling * times today from friends house as I have no home phone to use myself only a mobile phone.
I have an issue with LinkedIn too
