Cancel annual subscription ... I'm trying to cancel an annual LI Premium subscription that just past the free trial date by * day. I am not working now and do not have the money to pay over $*** for an annual subscription. **I would like to cancel and get a refund for the whole amount, or change to a monthly billing and just cancel for the rest of the months. I am not working and do not want or need Linkedin Premium for the whole year at this time. **Can you please help me cancel this subscription ASAP? Otherwise, I will have to call my Visa company and stop the payment right away. **Thank you for your early reply on this matter.**Kind Regards,**Ali
This is frustrating because they don't have a phone number or live chat to deal with issues like this when other companies do. They also don't have good instructions on how to cancel on their site. What they wrote sends people into a loop with no way to resolve their issue my themselves.
To get it resolved via phone, live chat or email support. Or to provide clear directions on how to cancel an annual subscription without having to wait another **-** months.
I've been on their platform for over ** years
I've tried to call all their numbers and it's all a recording referring people back to reading their support page, which is no help at all.
