We have had an amount of $***.** debited to our credit card. We need this to be reversed. Resonate Solutions.**This is an email from Richard Murphy, that he tried to send to you.**I have two Navigator licenses, one from my old employer* Resonate Solutions and one from my current employer* Hitachi Vantara.**I would like to cancel the automatic renewal for Resonate Solutions and have the amount of $***.**AUD refunded in full to their corporate credit card please.**When I tried to do this myself in the “manage subscriptions” area your platform does not specify which account I am cancelling. As I do not want to cancel my Hitachi Vantara profile I didn’t proceed. **I look forward to hearing back from you soon confirming its been actioned. **Thanks
