I never signed up for Premium! ... I have been charged $**.** on my credit card for ** months and I do not remember signing up for a premium monthly service. I want to cancel and be refunded back the monthly charges on my card. I never signed up for this...and my records show $****.**. My accountant alerted me to these charges. I am a senior and I would have never signed up for a Premium account. *Please, help me and cancel this monthly charge and refund my money. Thank you in advance for you help.*I am a senior. I live on a fixed income. There are $****.** in monthly charges I never authorized!*I want any premium charges to be refunded to my credit card.
