I took out a tria l premium membership in December of ****.. i have a copy of the email u sent on **** that verifies my cancellation within the trial period before any subsequent recurring charge.... however on ***** i was charged the monthly rate and once again in January, a month later. When I went to see a record of when the account was opened( the exact day) , no information was found. PLEASE CONTACT me ... am seeking a credit back for $**.**.... name is Christian Lesuer...
