Hello, I recently had a trial period for a Premium subscription that ended three days ago. I had intended to cancel it, but missed the deadline. My bank notified me about the charge, prompting me to check my emails. I found LinkedIn's notification about the trial end, which I missed due to caring for my mother at her assisted living center. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford this payment and would like to request a refund or potentially change to a monthly payment plan. I recently discovered that a business associate from my company's bank received a message from my LinkedIn account soliciting work, which was not the case. When I tried to log in to my LinkedIn account, the system did not recognize my email, making it impossible for me to reset my password. Upon calling the provided number, I encountered a frustrating automated message loop with no way to reach a representative. I managed to find a customer service email address ([redacted]) and sent an email, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my inquiry. My email address is [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account as I have forgotten my password. Whenever I try to reset it, the reset link is sent to my Gmail account on my tablet, but I am unable to click on the link due to an error on the tablet's browser. Additionally, I cannot access my email on another device due to Gmail's security policy requiring an old phone number for verification. I attempted to contact support via IC card but did not receive any helpful response to regain access. I have already checked the available help options on the LinkedIn support page but haven't found a solution yet.

Hello Team, I recently noticed a charge of INR [redacted] for a LinkedIn Learning subscription that I did not sign up for. I received a notification about this deduction this morning. Upon checking my bank statement, I discovered a deduction of INR [redacted] through bill/itunes.com without my consent. When I reviewed my recent purchases on my iPhone, it indicated a "LinkedIn Learning Subscription with free trial (Automatic renewal)" that I never agreed to. I did not intend to subscribe to any LinkedIn services, and I would like to request the cancellation of this subscription and a refund of the charged amount. I am requesting a refund for my premium account. I found it challenging to cancel my subscription without a customer service number for assistance. I did not sign up for Premium membership and have been billed $**.** for ** months without my consent. I need assistance canceling the unauthorized charges and obtaining a refund. The total amount charged is $****.**. As a senior on a fixed income, I cannot afford these unexpected expenses. Please cancel the Premium service and refund the money promptly. We were charged $[redacted].87 on our credit card, and we are requesting a reversal of this transaction. I have licenses from two employers, Resonate Solutions and Hitachi Vantara. I'd like to cancel the automatic renewal for Resonate Solutions and receive a full refund of $[redacted].87AUD to the corporate credit card associated with Resonate Solutions. When attempting this through the "manage subscriptions" section, I wasn't able to specify the account to cancel and didn't proceed to avoid impacting my Hitachi Vantara account. I await confirmation that this request has been processed. Thank you.

A few years back, I created a LinkedIn profile for my former business. I now wish to close this account, but I no longer have access to the email addresses linked to it. Despite following LinkedIn's online guidance, I'm unable to progress because any alternative email or my phone number isn't recognized by the system. I aim to provide LinkedIn with my name and contact details for them to delete the account. Today, I attempted to create a new profile using my hotmail address to reach out to LinkedIn, but I hesitated as it requires filling out all the profile information.

Hi, I signed up for the 'premium' option of your job postings service in July using the 'free trial.' However, I did not receive the caliber of applicants I was expecting. I tried to cancel the service and the premium option before being billed by LinkedIn but encountered difficulties following the cancellation steps provided. The option to cancel subscription was not available then or now. Additionally, I did not receive a reminder before being charged, which is common with trial services. Hello LinkedIn Support, I signed up for the one-month free trial but was charged [redacted] SGD after the trial ended without any prior notification. I canceled the subscription on the same day I was charged and did not use any premium features. I am a student and a refund would greatly help me. I enjoy using LinkedIn and I hope this issue won't discourage me from using the platform in the future. Thank you.

It's been over a month, and I still haven't received the refund within the 5-working-day period as promised. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed no credit payment from a third party in the last month. I am very disappointed with the refund process. Asking for my bank statements is unnecessary since SBI has no record of a credit from your company. I now request the email of your supervisors. I hope for a prompt resolution without prolonging the ordeal like some unreliable telemarketing company. Please maintain the reputation of a global company like LinkedIn. Regards, S.S.

When I wanted to cancel my subscription on the website, I found out it was already canceled automatically, and I couldn't do it. I am an online employment coordinator for a staffing company. Our managers want to market our new company on LinkedIn. I attempted to set up a business page using my personal account. However, we need to link the company page to the owner's account instead. I created a dummy business page on my profile for practice, which I have since removed. When trying to set up the business account under the owner's profile, it indicated that the domain for GWS Business was already taken. How can I transfer the domain from the practice business page I created to the correct account? Although I know company pages cannot be deleted, the one I set up has no connections and was never used. I seek guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
