I signed up for a free premium service for ** days and I wish to cancel my subscription for this service. I have been trying repeatedly to do this via the various account links and I have been unable to successfully do this. What has happened is I get this lovely note saying you can cancel your subscription after the expiry date of July ****!! I believe my CC was charged for one year of service which I do not want nor did I knowingly authorize. Please cancel this premium service immediately (before Aug *, which is tomorrow) and kindly request your help to issue a refund for the entire year as I only wished to use the free period to try the service out. I found it not to provide what I was looking for. Grateful for your help. Thanks Margaret Singh
