Dear Linked Customer Service,**This is Qianqian Jiu. I have tried your Free Premium Trial, but have never subscribed for your annual Premium service. Therefore it was a shock to me when I saw a deduction of *** euros from my credit card.**My free premium trial is until **th July ****.
