I cancelled my premium subscription on June **nd, a full week before the trial period was to end. I received a charge for $**.** and when I logged into my account, my subscription had not actually been cancelled, even though I received confirmation on your website on ******* that I was no longer a premium member. I made a point to cancel my subscription in plenty of time and even had it marked down on my calendar. I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
