The issue in GetHuman-minhngu's own words
I'm trying to get my money back. This service (Sales Navigator Professional) is not what I intended to buy with the amount of money, $***.**! ... I put the whole content below in here that is formatted so that it's easier to read: https:**goo.gl**qRtFs**I was charged $***.** by LinkedIn, this is the undesired payment to me. Please help me to resolve this!**DETAILED INFORMATION OF THE PAYMENT:*- Email of the PayPal account which I was charged from by LinkedIn: *****@***.com*- The captured image of receipt of the payment: https:**goo.gl*hdvC*N*- Receipt number: **********- Invoice number: ***********- Purchased Amount: $***.** *- Purchased item description: *"Sales Navigator Professional Subscription renewal (Annual)*From June **, **** to June **, ****"**WHAT HAPPENED:*- Two days ago, on the date Jun **, ****, I was charged automatically $***.** by LinkedIn.*- This auto payment is to purchase "Sales Navigator Professional Subscription renewal (Annual)".*- In Jun **** (from Jun *st to Jun **th), I added my MasterCard information into PayPal wallet (*****@***.com). I did this just one time within Jun **** (from Jun *st to Jun **th) using one MasterCard. I added the MasterCard into PayPal wallet because I intended to purchase an online service on a website, which was not LinkedIn. Then days passed till Jun **, ****, I was charged $***.** by LinkedIn for "Sales Navigator Professional Subscription renewal (Annual)". Of course, I was charged automatically from the same PayPal wallet (*****@***.com), the amount money $***.** was out from the MasterCard which was mentioned above. I wish I had not added the MasterCard to my PayPal wallet, I want to purchase securely but have no thinking about if there are other services that I used to add PayPal wallet as payment method before, big mistake. I actually used to be charged incorrectly once before by Godaddy, but after several weeks that refund to me, for the incorrect purchase reason, I tell them.*- I tried to figure out what happened and why I was charged such amount of money. I found that in the date May **, ****, I started *-month free trial for Sales Navigator Professional and added the payment method as my PayPal wallet (*****@***.com). Adding payment method is required before I can access the *-month trial. Days passed, I don't remember that I started *-month trial on LinkedIn and I also absolutely don't remember the statement in the "Confirm your billing cycle" stage said: "...You can cancel anytime before June **, **** to avoid being charged...", and I also absolutely don't remember that I added payment method as my PayPal wallet in the "Select your payment method" stage. (all of those statements and stages are visually here: https:**goo.gl*jZJgMP).*- This is an undesired payment to me. I feel sad and shock when I was charged such a big amount of money for a service which I don't want to purchase. One month ago I was a salesman, my job is to find customers to sell things, so I chose LinkedIn to find customers (training managers, sales managers, CEOs, managing directors, ...). I found Sales Navigator Professional service is interesting and JUST INTENDED TO GIVE IT A TRY for *-month free trial! I absolutely do not want to purchase it, simply because the price is too expensive for me (both monthly and annually). Two days after the registration of the *-month free trial, I quit the job. Currently, I am not a salesman anymore. Obviously, now I have no demand and do not want to pay for Sales Navigator Professional Subscription. To say exactly: I NEVER INTENDED TO PURCHASE for Sales Navigator Professional Subscription!*- I should have canceled the trial before it ended on Jun ** to avoid being charged $***.**. Unfortunately, I forgot to do it, even I don't remember that I registered for the *-month free trial. But if I could cancel it before the trial ended, I would choose this selection for cancelation main reason: "The product is too expensive. I just want to make a glance." (https:**goo.gl*yfBxXH)*- * days before the date I was charged (Jun **), LinkedIn sent me two emails which I didn't notice among tons of other email's subjects. I even did not notice any warning message like: "You 're about to be charged on Jun **, ****"! If it is, should I ignore it? Here are the two emails from LinkedIn sent * days before the auto payment:* * Email one: https:**goo.gl*JsfQ*z* * Email two (longer): https:**goo.gl**nvwc* ** https:**goo.gl**CdmGH**HOW I WANT THIS RESOLVED:*- I want to get refunded from LinkedIn for this payment ( $***.** ). Because I never intended to purchase Sales Navigator Professional Subscription.*- Please, help me to resolve this. This amount of money is **% that I have left in my MasterCard before it was out... It's very important to me, I plan to use this money to invest in another important thing but not to purchase Sales Navigator Professional Subscription, so I really need to get it back!**Thanks very much for your help!
They do not realize that I do not intend to buy anything. I just want *-month free trial.
I want to get refunded from LinkedIn for this payment ( $***.** ). Because I never intended to purchase Sales Navigator Professional Subscription.
I am integrity person. I don't cheat anything. In this case, I was charged a big amount of money for the service I don't have demand, this is incorrect payment for incorrect demand. And it's true. * days passed, I still don't have a demand for Sales Navigator Professional, I just want *-month free trial, and it ended. I need to get my money refunded. I tell the truth, LinkedIn!
Yes. Tried to call LinkedIn but still cannot find the number to possibly make a call. I'm in Vietnam.
