Hi, I am hoping this works, I have made several attempts through my account and keep getting an error.*I am very frustrated at this time. I received no notification of my impending renewal. It was only after reconciling my card that I was aware of the auto-renewal that took place on **********. The charge arrived on **********. I have checked all my inboxes in my email including the junk folder.**I am not interested in the premium service. I would like to cancel this service and have my card refunded the balance of the subscription cost.**Thank you*Tracie Twitchell
