hey Guys..* a few weeks ago i changed mt paymenty setting to the monthly subscription,,i did this with time to spare before my renewal..last year i did the same but you took the whole payment in * go,,,,i let it go as i had the money at the time,,,but i made sure to change the setting for this renewal,,,but now you hgave done it again,,or your system has,,,you have taken the whole years subscription when i had already reset the patyment schedule,,,so when i check and see you have taken ***euro from my card,,,im shocked,,**i changed the settings well before the renewal but you take the full ***,,,this is ********,,,* years you have done this,,klor your sustem has,,,,and no*w the biggest insult is when i checdk the payment options its on the year full payment and not the monthloy payment i reset ,,,**i would respectfully request you refund me and sort out your softwre,,,**how it is i change the settings for payment but yoyr system takes the money any way..**thats a big no* no...i want a refund and i want a explanation why my account setting have been changed back with out my authority,,, ,,,**i will await your reply,,,but i want my money back guys,,,its that simple,,,i set it at monthly so you can not just take the full amount when you are only entitle to * month,,,,,and can you explain why is my account on full payment instead of monthy after i reset it.**very dissapointed and pissed off customer**William Cook
