Correct my email address on my LinkedIn profile. ... My email address is incorrect on my LinkedIn profile. I have tried to correct it but LinkedIn will not allow me to do so. They say my correct email address is connected to another account (I don't know what they're talking about) and I need to log in to the account. SINCE LINKEDIN FAILS TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (i.e. the ability to speak with a human being) it appears my only solution is to close my useless account (however I doubt if LinkedIn will allow me to do that). I'M DISGUSTED WITH LINKEDIN!!!!
