I signed up to try the sales navigator on my linked in account... I found it unable to assist me with my needs within my industry. I called on **-**-** to cancel it but it charged me $*** plus dollars for the year subscription. I do not wish to use this and find it hard to believe that I cannot connect with any live rep in order to resolve this issue. I am basically being expected to pay $*** for a service that I will not and cannot utilize as it serves no purpose to me as I thought it would. I cannot imagine I will be held accountable for contacting (or attempting to contact as there is virtually no customer service) the morning following a charge to resolve the issue... However I was told by your webpage that someone would be contacting me and its has been three days since I reached out. I would like to have this resolved immediately please as I find no use for the sales navigator for my line of work* industry. Can someone please take five minutes and provide a courtesy call? ***-***-****
