I want to cancel my premium service and your online instructions do not work. My PayPal account was charged yesterday for another month because I have been unable to cancel online nor have I been able to reach you by phone. One phone* provided, just provides your "Campus Address" and the other says it cannot be reached???? The second one is the one provided by PayPal on their payment receipt. Please cancel my Premium Subscription and refund the latest charge from yesterday.**Regards,**Philip Cantin******@***.com ****-***-****
