I am retired and have not used my LinkedIn account for a number of months, possibly over a year. On ******* my American Express Card, account ending *-***** was charged a renewal fee for the Business Premium service. I would like a refund and my LinkedIn account changed to the free account. I contacted what I thought was LinkedIn customer service at ***-***-****. They wanted to charge me $**.** to help pursue the refund. I was uncomfortable with the request and a PayPal charge that was designated for India and did not pursue it. FIRST: Please tell me if the number and charge are legitimately LinkedIn.
