The issue in GetHuman-twgc's own words
I am in a group on LinkedIn of about *,*** members. I sent connection invitations with a note to about ** of the members of that group yesterday and about ** of those members today. I am not spamming, I simply am trying to network with people in a closed group that I am apart of. About two hours after I sent my final connection invitation today, LinkedIn deleted all of the sent connection requests I did today (about ** of them). It is very frustrating because this took me over two hours to do. My "sent invitations" screen under the "my network tab" went from ** sent invitations to ** sent invitations (the number I had yesterday). And why this is even more frustrating is that the "Sent" page now says I am not connected with someone that has since yesterday accepted my connection invitation and messaged me. It says that his sent invitation is still pending. It is like LinkedIn reset my invitations to yesterday. I looked at one of the guys profiles that I sent a connection to, and it said that there was not a connection pending. I am not sure why my submitted connections were withdrawn. There has to be a way to restore the sent connection requests, or at the bare minimum, ensure that this does not happen again to where I spend hours of my time to have it all erased. To reiterate, I was not spamming, I am trying to network with individuals in a closed group that is comprised of my fraternity brothers from across the country.
