Good Morning LinkedIn: **I am emailing regarding one of my colleagues account. I offered to help her with this frustrating issue. She is very well aware I am handling this for her and is willing to participate in any verifying process necessary. **Amber Sanchez is not able to access her account. She receives various emails to *****@***.com. When we try to log into her account and go through the “forgot password” process, it says *****@***.com is not in the system. **Basically, we would like to claim the account or delete so she can start with a new account. **What seems to be the issue? **Please direct me in the right direction.
