If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

My account was apparently hacked. I reached out to customer service who responded that they placed a temporary restriction because they suspected a problem. I then receieved a response to complete a LinkedIn Member Identity Verification form to have account recovered. I completed this form and account was restored. It appears as though each of my contacts received an auto generated message suposedly signed by me from Field Agent Inc. about a part time job with a Link to register. It is some type of spam (scam) i assume to get peoples personal information. I would like to know how they obtained my email address and were able to get into my account? I also am curious if it will continue to send out these auto generated emails that appear as though they are from me. I have a screenshot of the auto generated message if that would help.
