I had a free trial but I was not notified about the expiry date, then i cancelled my subscription before the next month, but I was charged for it and I do not understand why? So I just need my money back because I did not use the money that I ma being charged for? I do not even understand what I am being charged for, and I was not even notified about the charges that were going to be made. I tried calling the customer service numbers but they was no response. **To resolve the issue, I would rather get my money back rather than being charged for something I did not use. I had a free trial from April **, **** to May **, **** and I have cancelled my subscription. I do not see why I should be charged for May ** to June ** when I do not use the premium account.
GetHuman-rtvmurer did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
