I am ** year old realtor with a respect for LI. I like it and use it for business and tried to use it to get a person to work marketing. I understood it was a $** fee and then when they emailed you paid for the contact. I never got an email and when I receive the BOA bill, I fainted. I then tried to reach out and to no avail and cancelled the service and asked BOA to take it off my bill. They said they couldn't that you were not in agreement. However, I received no services and I feel I was misinformed of the ways you work. And since there is no help for non techie people like me, I beg that you would reimburse me the total amount as I believe that is fair to both of us.
