I was trialling Premium however LinkedIn did not notify me that the trial period was ending and that I needed to cancel save been charged. The money was taken from my account, had I been aware the date was due I would have cancelled the trial as I found no benefit of the premium membership. I am a small business recently trading and cannot afford to loose this amount of money. I have tried twice via the premium feedback and cancellation service to contact to inform my desire for s refund, with no response (since **th May)
GetHuman703509 did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
