I updated my profile, and it asked if I wanted to reinitiate premium - which I had and paid $** per month. I said yes, and was billed $***.**! I never signed up for an annual contract - this is dishonest! So I cancelled my account - ** days after my mistaken upgrade. And it is saying my cancellation will go in effect Next Year!! I want to cancel now and have it go into effect immediately, and be reimbursed! In fact the charge is fraudulent.
