Hi, **I took for a trail premium account and I was told that I will be reminded before the payment is getting deducted. I have already cancelled the subscription today but my money is deducted. I have not got a single reminder. I am highly disappointed. Please refund back my money on immediate basis. I can't find any customer care number available too where I can speak. Please let me know how can I get my money back. I want an immediate action, as this is not acceptable and professional.
I trust that LinkedIn will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
