Hi,**First of all, thank you for your great support services.**I had an issue when I upgraded my account to Sales Navigator yesterday (**th May).*Previously I was on my Premium trial period with the Business plan which worked well but when I switched it to Sales navigator it was switched successfully but when I open Sales Navigator I only get a blue screen with my image on and I can not do anything at all.**I would be pleased if you could check this out and have it fixed as the billing period has started on my account but I am not able to use the Sales Navigator plan I purchased.**Please advise and look forward to hearing from you and have this issue solved.**Regards,*Meran
