I was charged for a full annual membership. I wanted to pay my membership monthly. I cannot afford to pay $***.**. I am willing to pay monthly, but I cannot afford the $*** you have billed me. I have not used any of the premium features, you can check my account. I think it would be fair to refund the $*** you have charged me since I have not utilized your services. Thank you for your help.
