Help with my LinkedIn issue
I was charged for a full annual member****p. I wanted to pay my member****p monthly. I cannot afford to pay $***.**. I am willing to pay monthly, but I cannot afford the $*** you have billed me. I have not used any of the premium features, you can check my account. I think it would be fair to refund the $*** you have charged me since I have not utilized your services. Thank you for your help.
I trust that LinkedIn will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
