Customer (********** **:** CST) Hi! I have not recruited anyone on Linkedin ever. Usually, I search for people who work in a particular field in order to start a dilaog that can lead to potential cooperation. Most of these people I do know through a third party (*nd degree connections), but some I just approach based on mutual interest. The last example (invitation accepted) is Tor A. Svelland. I am looking to discuss some cooperation regarding eco friendly marine equipment (production strategy) with him. Likewise, when I approach other people, there usually is a business topic of a generic discussion that I have in mind. I also look for people who are planning to attend the same conference that i am going to and reach out to plan face to face meetings. Hope this is detaled enough. If not, I would be happy to answer your questions. I would appreciate to have an option to search with no restrictions. Kindest regards, Anna.
