I started the free trial for premium one month ago on March **, ****. On that day, I set a notification for today, April **, **** to cancel the subscription if necessary because this day is when my free trial would be done with. ... I logged on to LinkedIn today in hopes of cancelling the premium subscription and going back to the basic one, and while I cancelled, I was informed that it won't truly be cancelled until my billing cycle is up one month from today on May **.
I don't think this is fair. Also , I never received any email notification in either of the two email addresses I have on file here telling me that my subscription is coming to an end, which I should have received a week ago on April *.
to refund my charge for this month on my card since I never received email notification about the trial almost ending and being billed once today happens. Please refund me. Thank you
