no frustration. **% of questions answered in understanding of situation @ hand just as a house mortgage company would be similarly accommodating
it's right for initial request for deferred payments & also asked for **-yr amortization schedule w*present fixed interest rate
* yr customer - prompt response....
no other than * sector of answers states I'm in sync & another sector of company states that they haven't heard from me to resolve
How GetHuman4523610 fixed the problem
I did fix it & sent eMail returned to you...did I understand correctly ? If so, is it 'rectified' ? For customers: I contacted LightStream in two ways via eMail & another source, responded via eMail w*in same day upon receiving eMail from LightSource & options are stated as: up to * mos payments waived & adding interest @ end of loan term, notification necessary each month @ least * biz days in advance to LightSource. I implemented *st mo. to begin for Apr payment waived. Asked for my **-yr loan Amortization Schedule w*percentage charged. Have not received that @ this moment. Very pleased w*response time & actual 'solution' to honor my request plus flexibility of utilizing* opting to pay each month as desired
