I am experiencing difficulty with a lost package. USPS informed me that they are unable to locate it. Despite forwarding this information to the company, I continuously receive the same response that my package is on its way, which is not the case. The package was meant to be delivered on 11/30/20. The company has declined to refund me the $50 spent on the order placed on 11/12/20. I have reached out to them via email 2-3 times a week but have not received a satisfactory response. I am eager for the $50 to be refunded to my account promptly.

You provided a new tracking number from USPS, but the post office informed me it's still in the warehouse in California, not yet shipped or assigned a USPS or UPS tracking number. Christmas is tomorrow, and we are eagerly awaiting the items we ordered. Your timely assistance in resolving this matter is crucial as we trusted you with our money, counting on your prompt delivery. My grandkids are eagerly awaiting their gifts, and it's essential to expedite the process.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the hoodie I ordered from your website. Despite following your advice to order a regular size, the 3XL I received looks more like a large. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son, and now I am reconsidering purchasing from your company in the future. The cost of returning the item, at $13.00 for shipping, is prohibitive, and I am disappointed in the quality of the product. I feel let down and will be discussing the matter with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I could have purchased a higher-quality Nike or name-brand hoodie for the same price. Your company will not receive positive feedback from me.

I am requesting a full refund for the order I placed on December 11, [redacted], with order number #[redacted][redacted]. Rather than rewards, I need the complete amount refunded as this was intended to be a Christmas gift, and I will now need to purchase something else. Despite my repeated efforts, I am disappointed that my issues were not resolved by the company. This mistake resulted in the package being sent to the wrong state. I am seeking a full refund of $25.16 as I cannot rely on this site any longer or recommend it to others based on this experience. I recently purchased the Ramax RB-M50 Portable Bluetooth speaker, a mini stereo speaker in a classic TV shape. It includes an alarm clock wake-up function with a tone alarm. I've been trying to reach you for 5 days because I need the address to return the package, but I haven't received a response in 5 days. I find it outrageous, and if this continues, you will hear from my lawyer. It's unacceptable that I haven't received the address; I can't do anything with the clothes!!! I want my money back and need the address to send it back to you.

I recently received a package containing only 5 out of 6 items from my order, while expecting 2 shipments. My daughter in Mexico placed the order, but the items were supposed to be delivered to my address in New Jersey. I handle the credit card payments for her purchases. The order consisted of tee shirts and hoodies for my daughter, son-in-law, and their three children. Although the items are beautiful, the sizes are not accurate. Most items are larger than requested and labeled. Unfortunately, this makes them unusable for us, so I need to return them for a refund, with the company covering the return shipping costs.
