I purchased 3 Men's Trench long solid-colored Daily Long Sleeve cotton jackets in Wine, Brown, and Navy Blue for winter on September 3, [redacted], choosing Wire Transfer as my payment method. Despite this, I keep getting messages asking me to finalize my order. The Wire Transfer details are as follows: Order number [redacted], Amount: USD259.02 Recipient Name: Light In The Box Limited, Recipient Account No: [redacted]77-[redacted] Bank name: Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Bank Address: 1 Queen's Road, Hong Kong. The Wire Transfer was sent from United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU), Long Island City, New York, USA, with sender Francis Ezike Okagu. My shipping address is UNHCR, KG9 Avenue 60 Nyarutarama Road, Kigali, Rwanda. I kindly request confirmation of the receipt of my USD259.02 Wire Transfer for the 3 jackets in size Large.

For the past three days, I've been attempting to make a purchase on your website, trying to buy a gift for my husband. However, every time I input my debit card details (Mastercard) and hit "place order," all the information disappears, prompting me to restart the process repeatedly. I've reached out to your chat support, and they advised me to contact my bank, but my bank is not aware of any issues on their end. There are sufficient funds in my account, yet there have been no attempts by your team or others to verify the funds. Your site offers no indication of what the issue might be, leaving me frustrated. I was hoping to receive the order before Christmas, especially since I'm currently not working due to COVID. The shipping costs have already increased, so if I can't resolve this problem, I'll have to shop elsewhere. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If there was a phone number available, I would prefer to call and place the order directly.

I bought a HisEEu security camera system from LightInTheBox. I'm experiencing login issues and now I'm locked out. HisEEu won't assist since it wasn't bought through AliExpress. I've reached out to LightInTheBox via email with no reply. I need to unlock the system. I found a complaints number and email, but both seem to be invalid. The email address, am@lightinthebox, bounces back, and the phone number with a Swedish prefix (46 [redacted]) can't be reached. I suspect the Seattle Head Office might also be fake.

I am resubmitting my feedback from my computer as I cannot add photos using my phone. Unfortunately, your app does not support image attachments. The dress I received has a noticeable snag on the front and a significant excess of material on the chest area. Additionally, it is about four inches longer than expected, and the fabric feels quite rigid. Due to the upcoming wedding, I am unable to wait for a resolution. I kindly request a full refund to purchase a replacement dress locally. Thank you.

I noticed that during the ordering process, it did not prompt me for the delivery address. I assumed I would be asked for it after entering my credit card details. Hello, I recently purchased two non-custom packages from Light in the Box in standard sizes. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. This is my final effort before considering involving the authorities. I need to return the items and require assistance from the company for the necessary documentation. I expect either the required paperwork for the return or for the company to arrange the return so I am not charged. I am adamant about not bearing any costs. I purchased a screen projector on December 12, [redacted], as a Christmas gift. The order number is #[redacted][redacted], costing $91.20. Despite several attempts, the projector did not work. I reached out to the company on January 12, [redacted], explaining the issue and provided photos. Following the return instructions, I paid $[redacted].64 to send it back on January 26, [redacted] (tracking number: CC[redacted]54CA). The company rejected the package on August 17. After sharing images of the returned item, I requested a refund. On September 6, I was informed about the upcoming refund, stating it would take 3-15 business days. Despite waiting, I only received news on September 29 that a refund of $38.17 was in process, which was insufficient. I shared the staff's confirmation of the return cost reimbursement. Their response on October 1 mentioned consulting management and then closed the ticket on October 11 unresolved. Today, October 14, [redacted], I plan to submit another ticket.

I purchased a dress for $[redacted] on your website that ended up being too small. I returned it yesterday morning at a cost of $80. I was expecting a refund or an exchange for a larger size, but I was informed this is not possible. I am located in the UK. I need to return my order from Light in the Box. I couldn't log in with my details, but I created a new account and still can't find my order. I purchased 10 dimmable GU10 LED lights, but they are the wrong color, too cool. The package has delivery references, a barcode GV 5[redacted] 2GB, and a customer reference QHXAQ[redacted]YQ. I want to return them, but I can't see the order on the website.

I am unable to log in using my email. The new password I received from LightInTheBox.com is not working. Everything was fine last week and I have pending orders. Even when using the "Forgot your password" option, the new password doesn't work. Could someone please check and fix my account? If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" and provide your email address. They will send you a new password promptly. After logging in with the new password, it is advisable to click on "My Orders" and then "Account Settings" to change the password accordingly.

Order number: [redacted] Request for Full Refund Hello, I placed the order on November 17th. You promised fast delivery with a high priority of 7-11 days. (I expected to receive the order by November 30) I agreed to pay a high shipping cost of $40.22 for this service. Due to a significant delay in order processing, I only received the order today, December 7, [redacted]. I ordered two items of the same size from the same manufacturer. The bike shirt fits perfectly, but the vest, although labeled as the same size, is very small and I cannot close the zipper. I placed an order on Thursday, December 10th, around 8:30 AM. I filled out all the required information but received an email shortly after saying my password was incorrect. I tried to cancel my order, but the website wouldn't allow it. I have not received a confirmation number, but the money was taken from my bank account swiftly. I purchased the Meteor shower lights with LED total of [redacted] (8 tubes x 36 LED) measuring 96.5 inches in length and 11.8 inches in height. The electric current is 1000mA, made of PS + LED material, with a leading wire length of 16.4ft, and an input of 7v. Unfortunately, my Amazon order was missing the adapter necessary to use the lights. I've attempted to find a replacement adapter at Home Depot and Target with no luck. I'm disappointed that I cannot use the lights I purchased, but I'm hopeful that you can provide me with the adapter needed to enjoy them. I contacted this company regarding a jacket I bought on November 23, [redacted]. I have not received any feedback about my purchase. I provided the purchase date and the amount of £61.87 that I paid for it. I believe this company is fraudulent as they have taken my payment but not delivered my purchase.
