The items were to be mailed to **** Bostian Drive, Fayetteville, NC ***** within *-* business days. It’s been over * weeks. I haven’t received no confirmation, no items or anything. When I try to track my order, it states I have no order. I have my bank statement where it shows the money was taken out my account for Light in the Box. They don’t realized that I am frustrated and very disappointed in which when I type in on light in the box website to track my order, it states I have no order but my bank statements says otherwise, I feel like I have been scammed therefore, I have to take the next step in order to get this issue resolved ASAP.
They could make it fight by shipping my items overnight, if not sending my refund overnight.
I am a new customer. I really expect them to do what they say they would do by shipping out my items in *-* business days.
I tried contacting them by email, dailing an international number, and going back to their website as well. I tired contacting a customer service number that they have listed in their website as well.
