I would like confirmation that my order from Light in the Box (****************)*has been sent. I have received no communication at all but the money has been taken from my account. I have tried many times to log in to my account but it always states that email address and password and*or phone number and password do not match even after requesting a new password, many times! I am very unhappy with this shoddy service which I have never encountered before on any online shopping site. I shall never use this company again.
