One of my bridesmaids ordered a dress for my wedding in burgundy, but it arrived in wine color instead. Despite providing professional measurements, the dress was too big. To prevent this issue for my other 5 bridesmaids who need to order the same dress, I'm sharing the details: a floor-length, chiffon sheath/column dress with one shoulder neckline, floral embellishments, fully lined, and other specifications. Although the dress shown in the image is grey, we are choosing burgundy. I need 6 more dresses in the same style. Can I speak with someone to ensure this won't happen again? The bridesmaid was advised to return the dress, but the wedding is approaching soon, and she worries about getting it back in time. How can we address this issue while ensuring the dresses will be correct?

I am requesting a full refund for the item I received as it is not as described and below the quality advertised on the Lightinthebox website. I ordered the Women's Daily Long Faux Fur Coat in Wine color, but the product sent to me is a velour fabric coat with a quilted lining, not faux fur as advertised. The design is also different, not matching the advertised tapered lines in form and length. The coat does not fit properly as it is not the full size or length as advertised. There seems to be an issue with uploading a picture of the item through the form. Please advise on an alternative method to submit a picture. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund.

I would like to discuss an issue I am having with an order I placed. I ordered a projector over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery. However, the tracking information has not been updated for a week, causing me concern. I am eager to explore potential solutions to expedite the delivery or consider canceling the order altogether. I would like to return an order. This is the second time I ordered merchandise from your company. I had to wait a long time for arrival and paid a lot for shipment, only to find the goods unusable. Despite following the provided size chart, the item is still too small. The quality is extremely poor, not matching the appearance in the picture, and the strong chemical smell is causing allergic reactions. The shoes, in particular, are of low quality and do not stay on my feet properly due to cheap material used for ankle clasps. I request a refund without being charged an additional $30 for return shipping. I am willing to keep the pair I wore once but wish to return the unused ones for a full refund promptly. I purchased LED lights from this website. My order number is ******** and my tracking number is **********************. Unfortunately, the black plug piece needed to attach to the adapter and plug into the outlet is missing from my order. I am also disappointed with the quality of the lights; I expected them to be larger and of higher quality. This is not what I paid for. I would like a refund and instructions on how to return the item.

I received an email confirming payment but no further updates. I would like the product promptly or a refund, including the express service fee, which has not been fulfilled. Hello, I recently purchased a "Blue Jacket" from your website, and when I received it, I was surprised to find that it's quite thin, more like a shirt than a jacket. I initially liked the jacket on the website, but in reality, it feels like a lightweight nylon shirt. I am very disappointed in the quality. I ordered the Blue Jacket because it was my favorite color and style. I thought it was lovely, but upon delivery, I was deeply upset. It was meant to cheer me up after my sister's recent passing, which is still very raw for me. The jacket, although nice, is as thin as a shirt. PayPal is pressuring me, even after explaining my situation regarding my sister's passing and my serious illnesses. I am extremely disappointed with the website Light In The Box. I purchased an item with a promised 3-5 business day delivery after paying for expedited shipping. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not received the item despite sending multiple messages and tickets that have gone unanswered. I have requested a refund, but have not received a response yet. If I do not hear back soon, I will be escalating this matter to the ombudsman and consumer services. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. This website seems to be fraudulent and is simply taking advantage of customers.

On December 21, [redacted], I purchased around $[redacted] worth of women's summer clothing for my partner's upcoming vacation to New Zealand in February. The estimated delivery time was 10-20 working days. However, when my partner left for New Zealand on February 1st, the items from Light in the Box had not yet arrived. The parcel finally arrived in the first week of February but since my partner was already in New Zealand, the items couldn't be left at her address. Despite efforts by my partner's daughter to retrieve the package from the post office, she was unable to collect it on my partner's behalf. The items are now slated to be returned on February 26 with no refund policy for delayed deliveries. This situation has led to a loss of approximately $[redacted] worth of products with no means of obtaining the items or reimbursement due to the shipment arriving past the expected timeframe. I am facing a delay with receiving the dresses for my bridesmaids. Two of them got their dresses already, but the other two are still waiting. On February 24, I purchased two wigs from the LightInTheBox website. On February 25, the payment for the wigs was reflected in my bank statement. Despite expecting the wigs to arrive on time, they did not. I checked the website, and it mentioned a delay due to the coronavirus, promising delivery in late March. Unfortunately, even by then, I had not received the wigs. Furthermore, my orders were no longer visible in my account on the LightInTheBox site, making it impossible for me to follow up there. Since there is no direct customer service option on the website and my orders are missing, I am reaching out through this forum in hopes of getting assistance since I have been unable to contact anyone directly at LightInTheBox.

Subject: Issue with Duplicate Invoices and Shipping Charges Order No: [redacted][redacted] I purchased masks totaling €[redacted].77 and although it was stated that shipping over €[redacted] would be free via DHL, I was still charged for shipping. Due to your mistake, I discovered that two invoices were issued (one to me and one to DHL) with different dates and amounts from what I actually paid. This error has led me, as the customer, to pay an extra €72.81 for false invoices created by you. I am willing to resolve this matter by receiving a refund of at least €50 to the original payment method. I am not open to other forms of reimbursement as the inconvenience caused is substantial. Hello, I received a reminder from Klarna about 2 clothing items I ordered here but returned. Klarna is demanding payment. I just spoke with Klarna, and they advised me to contact Light in Box because they need to confirm the return of the 2 items. Otherwise, this invoice will remain open. I returned one item on 21.02 and the second on 26.02.[redacted]. I will not pay 77.84 for something I don't have. I will not order here again because it is too complicated, and it feels like a scam when you need help. If this issue is not resolved, I will take it further, but I hope we can resolve it here.
