I ordered these items for my granddaughters' Christmas and birthday the following week. There is no record of this order, and I forgot my password when I tried to check. I placed another order and also purchased a UK plug, which I have not received. The order was made on either the 25th or 27th of November, giving what I thought was plenty of time for delivery. I have the PayPal receipt showing the payment for these items. I am requesting a full refund as the items will not arrive on time. This was my first experience with Lightinbox and unfortunately will be my last. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am grateful I used PayPal for this transaction.

I purchased 4 items - 1 sheet set, 2 fitted sheets, and pillowcases, with an order date of December 5th and an expected shipment date of December 12th. Upon noticing the order was not processed by the 13th, I chose to cancel it to ensure delivery for Christmas. After canceling on the 13th, a customer service representative offered a 10% discount if I retained the order and mentioned contacting the supplier. I responded, agreeing to continue the order if it could arrive by the 20th with the discount. Today is the 16th and I have not received any updates, so I sent another email requesting cancellation. Unfortunately, I have not received a response and still wish to cancel the order promptly.

I need my order urgently by December 20, [redacted]. On December 13, Light in the Box confirmed that most items were ready and would be shipped expedited express. The rest would be ready by December 15 and shipped within 24-48 hours. Despite submitting several tickets since the 13th to confirm if the first package shipped, I have not received a response from Lightinthebox. The lack of communication is making it unlikely for me to receive my items in time, and it's almost too late for me to find alternatives locally. I am extremely disappointed. I just want to know if the first package was shipped as promised and when. The longer I go without a response from LITB, the longer the delays become. Thank you.

Hi, Order reference: [redacted]0 I bought the item with the above order reference recently. Upon delivery, I was charged £46.06 for import duty tax. Your listing indicates that postal charges are free, without mention of any liability for import duty. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered from you, as the additional cost makes it more expensive than buying locally. I recently purchased a dress from you for €32.71 on 13/12, but I see that I was charged for the same dress again on 14/12 for €31.58. I only ordered one dress, not two, and you billed me twice for the same item at different prices. Please refund my account promptly. I only want to keep one dress, reference midi swing XXL. I am dissatisfied as I received my order late despite paying for shipping. The earrings I ordered are missing one earring each. The bluetooth device does not charge. One pair of shoes has stains, with one side fitting differently than the other. The purple pair also arrived wrinkled and stretched out. The two pairs of boots I requested in size 8.5 USA are too small. One package arrived much later than expected, with a smashed box and items not individually packaged. Despite these issues, I do like the pink/peach and purple shoes I received. I am requesting replacements for the faulty items and prefer the shoes to be wrapped separately. I do not want to keep the uncomfortable boots.

I purchased a Pokémon one-piece pajama set on December 7th, [redacted], and made the payment through PayPal. The confirmation number is [redacted]. I have not received any further information regarding the order. I'm unsure if the order was successfully placed. However, the payment has been charged to my credit card. If the order was not processed, I kindly request a refund through PayPal as the item was intended as a Christmas gift.

I placed an order on 08/12/[redacted], paid with a credit card, but did not receive the confirmation email or the order number. As a result, I can't track the shipping status of my item. I'm unable to locate a phone number to contact customer service. I found an email address and wrote an email, but I have not received a response yet.

I recently purchased a mini yellow projector for my daughter as a Christmas gift. However, the adapter included is not compatible with outlets in the United States. This oversight has caused us inconvenience, as we won't be able to use the projector as intended on Christmas morning. I kindly request either a full refund for the product or to receive the correct adapter at no extra charge. On December 16, [redacted], I made a purchase of clothing totaling $[redacted].55 on the Light In The Box website via their mobile app. I also paid $38 for expedited shipping through the priority shipping option LITB1 first class, to ensure delivery within 3 to 4 business days by December 21st, as I had an event on that day. However, the product has not arrived yet, and I no longer require it, even if it were to arrive today. Altering the order date from the 16th to the 23rd is dishonest. I expect a full refund for Order No.: [redacted][redacted], which consisted of various items like a pendant bracelet, crystal earrings, knee-high boots, sheath dress, and rings. My son bought a Christmas gift for my grandson on December 9th, but we haven't received it yet. We don't have a tracking number to locate the item. He's having trouble logging into his account because it says his mobile number isn't recognized, and he can't remember his password. Even after requesting a new password, he still can't get access to track the delivery. I've emailed them twice, but there's been no response. We feel stuck in a loop. Please help!

I submitted a refund claim several weeks ago for a product I bought in October that turned out to be unsuitable. I placed an order for shoes on December 19, [redacted], Order no. [redacted][redacted], but I have not received the items I paid $[redacted] for, including the shoes and shipping. When can I expect my order? I am becoming concerned about the legitimacy of your company due to the delay in shipping and the difficulty in contacting you. I am even considering involving the Better Business Bureau. It would be helpful if you clearly communicated the estimated delivery time, your company's location, and that you are international, to potential customers. Ease of contact with your company is crucial. My experience so far has been disappointing: 1) Difficulties in communication, 2) No received products, and 3) Doubts about your legitimacy. I recently received my order from your company, but unfortunately, there were some issues. One of the items I received was incorrect, and I did not get the item I originally ordered. Additionally, the sizes of the items I ordered for my wife are wrong, and they do not fit. I have my order confirmation pages for verification. On August 20, [redacted], I returned two formal wedding dresses, one silver and one blush, via the United States Postal Service cheapest tracking service with the package marked "gift." The RMA Number I received was [redacted]. Today, Thursday, January 9, [redacted], I received the items back due to an "Unknown" and "Insufficient Address" issue. The address used was the one provided as the "Return to" address. As the event has passed, I do not require these dresses and am seeking a reimbursement of $[redacted].00 US for the dresses and $42.80 initial postage. I would appreciate guidance on how to recover my losses without further steps.

I purchased a pendant light from Light in the Box in August [redacted] (order [redacted][redacted]). Recently, I completed an extension room for the light, but the electricians discovered that it is causing the electrics to trip. Despite testing all the wiring and trying another light successfully, the new pendant light continues to trip the fuse board. The electrician believes the issue lies with a faulty light fitting and is willing to provide a report. I would appreciate a replacement for the same light model. Additionally, I had paid for shipping and insurance, but I incurred an unexpected customs charge of £24.86. How can I be reimbursed for this cost?

I placed an order on December 11, [redacted], and it's now December 17 with no sign of my package. The tracking system cannot locate it, and my local post office is unable to assist. I am frustrated with the lack of communication as I cannot reach anyone by phone to address this problem. My support ticket has gone unanswered for a week now. If I don't receive a response and my package or a refund soon, I will pursue legal action. I have already discussed this with my lawyer, and we are prepared to take this matter to court if necessary. I expect either my parcel or a refund promptly as I have followed all procedures as a paying customer.
