return ... I ordered * outfits from Light in the Box recently that need to be returned. Two of different size and one outfit a different style but all three same burgundy color to match the wedding party. The online order form had * choices. Order by size or custom made. I ordered * outfits BY SIZE with the intention of keeping the one that fit me best and returning the other two. Knowing this order was going to take * weeks to process, I thought it would be the way to go. Why would I otherwise order * outfits of the same color and style? All three are in the bag they came in. I didn't even try them on. The color is not the burgundy that was pictured on the website, but a cranberry color that will not even come close matching the wedding party. Not even a shade of burgundy. I have sent several requests explaining what happened and asked if they would please waive their confusing policy in this situation. When I was ordering, I did not notice the print that ordering by size was not returnable. I did however notice the blurb re custom made was NOT returnable. That's why I ordered by size! I made the mistake of stating that I ordered the wrong size before I mentioned all three were the wrong color. I didn't think it mattered because I intended on returning * outfits. Two of the tops were also inside out when I opened up the pkg. Customer service has not responded to that issue. I've never heard of not being able to return a product that is poor quality, wrong size, and WRONG COLOR!
I would like a refund of my money.
I have sent customer service several emails with no satisfaction.
